Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships with global impact

- Advise C-suite executives on risk mitigation and legal strategy
- Oversee litigation management and dispute resolution protocols
- Mentor junior attorneys and optimize legal department workflows

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school with top 20% academic standing
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at Am Law 100 firms or in-house legal departments
- Bar admission in New York and active membership in good standing
- Expertise in securities law, M&A, and corporate governance frameworks
- Proven track record leading complex transactions with $500M+ value
- Advanced negotiation skills with ability to navigate high-pressure scenarios
- Technical proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
