Qualifications
- JD from ABA-accredited law school with top 20% class ranking
- 8+ years corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firm
- Bar admission in NY and active CLE compliance

- Proven track record in M&A deal structuring
- Advanced contract negotiation and drafting skills
