Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence and transaction structuring for $50M+ M&A deals
- Develop IP licensing frameworks for SaaS and biotech clients
- Advise on international data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) compliance
- Manage regulatory interactions with FDA, SEC, and FTC
- Mentor junior counsel through case reviews and skills workshops
- Drive legal automation initiatives using AI contract analysis tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years corporate law experience at top-tier firm or in-house legal department
- Active bar admission in Massachusetts (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Proven expertise in technology transactions and healthcare regulations
- Advanced certification in data privacy law (e.g., CIPP/US)
- Experience leading cross-border transaction teams
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management software (e.g., Seal, Icertis)
