Responsibilities
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital transactions

Qualifications
- JD from ABA-accredited law school with top 20% academic standing
- 7+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier law firm
- Bar admission in New York State and in good standing
- Deep expertise in SEC regulations and corporate finance
- Proven track record in fintech/SaaS transactional work
- Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
