Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions, drafting agreements and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Advise on corporate governance, SEC filings, and shareholder communications
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for intellectual property and data privacy
- Manage cross-functional legal teams and external counsel relationships
- Conduct due diligence for $100M+ international transactions
- Mentor junior attorneys and optimize legal workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 8+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier firms
- Active NY State bar license and in good standing
- Proven expertise in SEC regulations and corporate compliance
- Advanced negotiation skills with complex contract drafting experience
- Track record of leading cross-border M&A transactions
- Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
