Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school
- 7+ years of corporate law experience in Big Law or in-house
- Active NY State Bar membership in good standing
- Proven M&A transactional experience with $50M+ deals
- Expertise in fintech regulatory frameworks (e.g., NYDFS)
- Advanced proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills
