Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions, venture capital investments, and strategic partnerships
- Develop and implement global compliance programs across 15+ jurisdictions
- Advise on data privacy, IP protection, and regulatory matters
- Manage litigation risk and oversee outside counsel relationships
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and SaaS agreements
- Mentor junior legal professionals and optimize legal operations
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier law firms/in-house
- Bar admission in New York and active in good standing
- Expertise in tech transactions, privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and corporate governance
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
