Qualifications
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier firms/in-house
- JD from ABA-accredited institution with top 25% credentials
- Proven track record in M&A and securities law
- Admitted to NY State Bar with active membership
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA, GDPR)
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Advanced proficiency in legal tech (Contract Lifecycle Management, eDiscovery)
