Responsibilities

- Mentor junior attorneys and lead legal team training programs
- Drive innovation in legal tech integration and process optimization
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 10+ years of corporate law experience at top-tier law firms
- Bar admission in New York State and active membership in good standing
- Proven expertise in M&A, securities regulation, and corporate governance
- Experience managing cross-border transactions and international compliance
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented deal closures over $500M
- Advanced proficiency in legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis)
