Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school
- 8+ years corporate law experience at top-tier law firms
- Active NY bar membership with impeccable credentials
- Proven expertise in securities regulations and SEC filings
- Exceptional negotiation skills with transactional track record
- Admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions preferred
