Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale M&A transactions and corporate restructuring projects.
- Draft and negotiate complex purchase agreements, joint venture contracts, and equity documents.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to Board of Directors and senior management teams.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates, fostering a culture of professional excellence.
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for multi-billion dollar private equity deals.
- Coordinate with international regulatory bodies and internal tax/compliance departments.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school with an outstanding academic record.
- 5-8 years of sophisticated corporate transactional experience at a leading law firm.
- Active member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
- Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and meet rigorous transactional timelines.
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Expertise in cross-border M&A, private equity, and corporate governance.
