Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex cross-border M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.
- Draft and negotiate sophisticated transaction documents, including purchase agreements and joint venture contracts.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to Fortune 500 clients on governance and compliance matters.
- Mentor junior associates and manage deal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee due diligence processes and coordinate with tax, IP, and regulatory specialists.
- Participate in high-level client meetings and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the New York State Bar.
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate law, specifically within a top-tier law firm environment.
- Proven expertise in managing M&A transactions and private equity deals.
