Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end deal processes, coordinating with tax, intellectual property, and employment practice groups.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to a diverse portfolio of private equity clients and Fortune 500 companies.
- Conduct exhaustive due diligence and identify potential liabilities in high-value asset acquisitions.
- Mentor and oversee junior associates to ensure the highest standards of work product and professional conduct.
- Maintain proactive client communication and manage expectations throughout the deal lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school with a stellar academic record.
- Admitted to practice in the State of New York.
- 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable corporate practice group.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-faceted M&A transactions and corporate structuring.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial contracts with opposing counsel.
- Exceptional analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
