Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage onsite superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and engineering partners to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Formulate, monitor, and adjust project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation strategies using advanced PM software.
- Negotiate and draft contracts, subcontracts, and change orders with strict adherence to risk management guidelines.
- Lead regular stakeholder progress meetings and provide transparent, data-driven reporting to the executive leadership team.
- Enforce comprehensive job site safety protocols in strict compliance with OSHA standards and local building codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a highly related discipline.
- Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale commercial building projects ($30M+ value).
- Proven track record of managing high-rise or mixed-use concrete structure developments.
- Expert proficiency with modern construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Bluebeam.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve complex contract disputes.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification is highly preferred.
