Your Role:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our project delivery. You will manage budgets, timelines, and teams to ensure our clients receive the highest quality results.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards (OSHA) and quality control protocols.
- Manage and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to mitigate risks and delays.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and variance analysis.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and technical challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Valid PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam).
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel to various job sites as required.
