Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Direct site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules.
- Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting, procurement, and change orders.
- Facilitate weekly project meetings to track progress and resolve construction conflicts.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality control and craftsmanship on all site deliverables.
- Review architectural drawings and blueprints to ensure technical feasibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced project scheduling software.
- Deep understanding of local building codes and permitting processes in Texas.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex supply chains.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
