Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
- Direct on-site construction teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor daily project progress and generate comprehensive status reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design or structural conflicts.
- Manage project financial tracking, including change orders and monthly draw requests.
- Oversee quality control measures to maintain the high standards of the Summit brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in commercial construction project management.
- Expert proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and structural steel building techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.
