Responsibilities
- Direct large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality control standards across all job sites.
- Navigate local zoning regulations, permitting processes, and municipal compliance requirements.
- Provide mentorship to junior project engineers and site supervisors.
- Oversee procurement strategies to optimize material costs and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $50M in value.
- Expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced scheduling software like Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Texas building codes.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- PMP or LEED AP certification is highly preferred.
