Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee comprehensive construction project lifecycles from pre-construction to final closeout.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and optimal resource allocation.
- Foster strategic relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and municipal stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce rigorous OSHA-compliant safety protocols across all active jobsites.
- Utilize advanced project management software to track progress, milestones, and critical path scheduling.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of site superintendents and field engineers.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and manage procurement of long-lead materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP are highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in construction technology, Procore, and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of effective subcontractor and vendor management.
- Active OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting.
