Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution for commercial/residential developments ($10M+ budgets)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED certification protocols
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using Procore software
- Conduct site inspections and ensure strict OSHA compliance
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Mentor junior project managers and construction staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in construction management with 5+ years in senior leadership
- PMP certification and LEED AP accreditation required
- Proven expertise in large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Texas contractor's license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
