Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial construction projects $5M+
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet deadlines
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Oversee budget management and cost-control strategies
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical challenges
- Maintain client relationships through transparent communication
- Leverage BIM/CAD tools for project planning and documentation
- Ensure compliance with municipal building codes and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with 3+ years in project management
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and under budget
- OSHA 30-hour certification and current PMP or equivalent credential
- Expertise in AutoCAD, BIM modeling, and project management software
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with sustainable construction practices (LEED certification preferred)
