Apex Build Corp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and closing of large-scale commercial and residential developments. In this pivotal role, you will manage the full project lifecycle—from initial concept through to final handover—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, engineers, and clients to deliver world-class structures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, procurement, scheduling, and execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and budgets, monitoring variances and implementing corrective actions to ensure profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations (OSHA), quality standards, and building codes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and transparent reporting.
- Oversee subcontractors and internal teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving conflicts efficiently to keep the project on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of managing complex high-rise or mixed-use developments.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk BIM 360).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of LEED certification processes and sustainable building practices.
