You will lead cross-functional teams, manage high-stakes client relationships, and ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, change orders, and financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor site supervisors, subcontractors, and engineering teams to ensure project alignment.
- Establish and enforce stringent safety protocols and quality control standards across all job sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor project schedules using advanced CPM scheduling software to prevent delays and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to troubleshoot issues and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing complex commercial or multi-family construction projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Deep understanding of OSHA safety regulations and local building codes in Texas.
- Proven track record of managing project budgets in excess of $50M.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing diverse, large-scale field teams.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP are highly preferred.
