  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, change orders, and financial reporting.
  • Lead and mentor site supervisors, subcontractors, and engineering teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Establish and enforce stringent safety protocols and quality control standards across all job sites.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor project schedules using advanced CPM scheduling software to prevent delays and optimize resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to troubleshoot issues and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture required.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing complex commercial or multi-family construction projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Deep understanding of OSHA safety regulations and local building codes in Texas.
  • Proven track record of managing project budgets in excess of $50M.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing diverse, large-scale field teams.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP are highly preferred.
