Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of complex commercial construction projects within budget and timeline.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Direct on-site operations to maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Manage project financial reporting, including cost projections and change order negotiations.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to resolve technical challenges and ensure craftsmanship quality.
- Foster productive relationships with stakeholders and clients through transparent communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced scheduling software like Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and municipal regulations in Texas.
- PMP or CCM certification highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior project staff.
