Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of complex construction projects from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Maintain rigorous control over project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and contract compliance.
- Ensure 100% adherence to safety regulations and site compliance standards.
- Oversee daily field operations, resolving technical conflicts and managing site logistics.
- Prepare and present detailed status reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial or heavy industrial construction.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar construction projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety requirements and local building codes.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
