Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to final handover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards on all job sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to blueprints.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates and manage expectations effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
- Valid PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
