Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage budgets exceeding $20M with strict cost control measures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and local building codes
- Implement sustainable construction practices and green building standards
- Utilize BIM/CAD technology for precision project planning
- Resolve complex on-site challenges and mitigate project risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- LEED AP or equivalent green building certification preferred
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial projects
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD
- Texas Class A Contractor License required
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification mandatory
