Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes.
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and schedule adherence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
- Valid OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of LEED certification processes and green building practices.
