Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for commercial construction projects valued $10M+
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement BIM technology for precise project coordination and resource optimization
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local building codes
- Develop and maintain project budgets with <5% variance tolerance
- Lead sustainability initiatives targeting LEED Gold certification
- Conduct weekly progress reviews with stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and under budget
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP BD+C credential
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and BIM software (Revit)
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong negotiation skills for subcontractor agreements and change orders
