Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-planning to final handover
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and quality control measures
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks proactively
- Prepare progress reports and client communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- PMP certification or equivalent industry credentials required
- Proven track record of managing projects over $10M in value
- Expertise in Houston-area building codes and permitting processes
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification
