Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery for commercial/mixed-use developments
- Lead cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors) to ensure seamless collaboration
- Implement BIM technologies and digital project management tools for precision execution
- Manage $50M+ budgets, ensuring financial targets and resource optimization
- Enforce OSHA compliance and sustainable building practices across all sites
- Resolve complex technical issues and mitigate project risks proactively
- Develop client relationships and drive business expansion through exceptional project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record delivering $25M+ mixed-use/commercial projects
- Expertise in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and project management platforms (Procore)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and LEED AP credentials required
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and vendors
- Experience with design-build and integrated project delivery methods
