Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end construction project lifecycles from pre-construction to closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and profit margins to ensure financial success.
- Supervise on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety regulations and local building codes.
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and contract documents for constructability issues.
- Resolve unforeseen site challenges proactively to prevent schedule delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction management.
- Expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and fast-paced schedules.
- Deep knowledge of Texas building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
