Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to final handover.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and OSHA compliance across all job sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and progress metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and procurement agreements to optimize project costs.
- Mentor junior project managers and site superintendents to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects exceeding $20M in value.
- Expertise in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
- Deep knowledge of Texas building codes, zoning regulations, and safety ordinances.
- Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership capabilities.
- Professional certification such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP is highly preferred.
