Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of complex commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and change orders for technical accuracy.
- Represent the company in high-stakes stakeholder meetings and project updates.
- Mentorship of junior project managers and site superintendents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects.
- Expertise in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam software.
- Advanced understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or PMP certification is highly preferred.
