Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure maximum profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and compliance with OSHA and local building codes.
- Lead on-site project meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation for all stakeholders.
- Resolve technical challenges and field conflicts to minimize schedule delays.
- Supervise procurement of materials and manage logistics for critical path items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project software.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar high-rise or large-scale retail developments.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior project team members.
- Strong negotiation skills for dealing with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Professional certification (PMP or CCM) is highly preferred.
