Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycles from pre-construction planning to final occupancy handover.
- Manage large-scale budgets exceeding $20M, ensuring cost-efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols to maintain our zero-incident workplace environment.
- Negotiate high-stakes contracts with vendors and procurement partners.
- Monitor site progress daily and provide proactive solutions to structural or logistical challenges.
- Mentor junior project managers to elevate overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar high-rise developments.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Deep knowledge of local Denver building codes, OSHA regulations, and zoning laws.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite crews.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
