As a key member of our leadership team, you will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our uncompromising quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction planning to closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Control project budgets, manage change orders, and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead weekly site meetings and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Mentor junior project engineers and site superintendents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $20M in value.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Colorado building codes.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- PMP or LEED AP certification is highly preferred.
