Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting with precision.
- Direct cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and site foremen.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety regulations and local building codes.
- Facilitate client communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
- Implement lean construction practices to optimize project schedules and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and architectural adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $20M in value.
- Expertise in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
