Responsibilities
- Lead complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to ensure maximum profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of blueprints.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain quality control.
- Resolve on-site logistical challenges and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports for executive leadership and key external stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and zoning laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects on time and under budget.
- Expertise in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Deep understanding of OSHA safety standards and construction legal requirements.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
