Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of commercial construction projects (>$10M value)
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ICC, and local building codes
- Implement BIM technologies for project coordination and documentation
- Oversee budget management, cost control, and procurement processes
- Coordinate with municipal authorities for permits and inspections
- Drive sustainability initiatives through LEED certification processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- PMP certification or equivalent professional credential required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and budget
- Expert knowledge of Texas construction laws and permitting processes
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Procore, BIM 360)
- Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and suppliers
- OSHA 30-hour certification
