Responsibilities
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Manage multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Implement sustainable construction practices and green building certifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
- Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve technical conflicts
- Optimize resource allocation and cost control strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive construction management experience
- LEED AP or similar sustainability certification preferred
- Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and regulations
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
