Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from pre-construction planning to final handover.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and profitability to ensure financial success.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain structural integrity.
- Implement and enforce strict OSHA safety standards across all active job sites.
- Maintain daily logs and generate comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site logistical bottlenecks to keep projects strictly on schedule.
- Lead on-site project meetings to ensure alignment on quality and vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management.
- Expertise in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project software suites.
- Strong understanding of local Houston building codes and zoning regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets effectively.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of building high-performing teams.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.
