Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design-build alignment.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Monitor site progress to ensure work meets contractual specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Mitigate project risks by proactively identifying potential schedule and supply chain delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6).
- Strong understanding of local building codes, permitting processes, and zoning regulations in Texas.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and under budget.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
