Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols and ensure full compliance with OSHA standards.
- Lead project meetings and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and clients.
- Manage procurement of materials and optimize site logistics for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with design specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and under budget.
- Expertise in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permit acquisition processes.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Professional certification (PMP or CCM) is considered a strong asset.
