Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end commercial construction projects ($10M+ budget)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, subcontractors)
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA standards and safety protocols
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Navigate complex permitting processes with municipal authorities
- Implement sustainable construction practices and LEED compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- PMP certification required
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of Texas building codes and regulations
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification
