Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedule development, and procurement processes to ensure project profitability.
- Manage sub-contractor relationships, ensuring site safety, quality standards, and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal quality benchmarks.
- Provide detailed progress reports to executive leadership and key project stakeholders.
- Resolve technical conflicts on-site by collaborating with structural engineers and design teams.
- Mentor junior project engineers and site superintendents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $20M+.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Deep knowledge of Texas building codes and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and conflict-resolution skills in high-pressure environments.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
