Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain strict control over project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and building codes.
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings with stakeholders and internal project teams.
- Review and approve change orders, submittals, and requests for information (RFIs).
- Mentor junior project managers and field superintendents to ensure team alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $20M.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes in Colorado.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
