Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the end-to-end delivery of multi-million pound residential and commercial high-rise projects.
- Manage site-specific budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and the implementation of cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Coordinate extensively with architects, structural engineers, and specialist subcontractors to ensure design compliance.
- Implement and champion rigorous health and safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident environment across all sites.
- Provide detailed technical progress reports and financial forecasts to stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Monitor global supply chain logistics to mitigate project delays and ensure premium material quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a strictly related field.
- A minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in large-scale urban construction or infrastructure projects.
- Chartered status (MCIOB or MRICS) is highly preferred and viewed favorably.
- Proven track record of successfully managing project budgets exceeding £25M.
- Advanced proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and project management software like Procore.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a demonstrated history of managing diverse, multidisciplinary onsite teams.
