Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end construction project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage sub-contractor relationships, ensuring high standards of workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety regulations and local building codes.
- Facilitate effective communication between architects, engineers, clients, and internal teams.
- Review project blueprints and technical specifications to identify potential risks or cost savings.
- Manage procurement processes and supply chain logistics for essential materials.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar construction projects.
- Advanced proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
- PMP or CCM certification is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Texas building ordinances and regulatory standards.
