Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all phases of large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Enforce strict quality control standards and ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage the master project schedule and mitigate potential delays through proactive problem-solving.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and team performance.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and procurement of high-quality materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued over $20M.
- Expert proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on project lifecycle efficiency.
